- Creating, renaming, and deleting of tags is ususally done by users that have received permissions to do this. Permissions are set in WebPreferences with ALLOW_TAG_CHANGE and DENY_TAG_CHANGE variables. If both are not defined, user who can edit the WebPreferences can do it.
